These terms apply to all rentals of vehicles offered by Luxury Obsession. A rental contract is concluded when we confirm your booking in writing (email or message).

• Prices and inclusions follow the selected package and the written booking confirmation.
• Payment is always in advance. The booking is secured once the full rental price has been received by the deadline stated in the booking confirmation.
• Security deposit: A refundable security deposit is required at pickup. Unless stated otherwise in the booking confirmation, it is paid in cash and amounts to CHF 1,500 for drivers aged 26 and above, and CHF 3,000 for drivers aged 21 to 25.
• The security deposit is returned after the vehicle is returned and inspected, minus any amounts due (for example damages, loss of use, excess mileage, fuel, extra cleaning, tolls, parking fees, fines, administrative fees).
• If a payment is late, we may cancel the booking and charge reasonable costs already incurred.

• Minimum driver age is 21 years. Additional age requirements (if any) are stated in the booking confirmation.
• The renter and any additional drivers must present a valid driving license and an ID document at pickup.
• Only drivers approved by us may drive the vehicle. Handing the vehicle to third parties is forbidden.
• The renter is responsible for ensuring all drivers are fit to drive and comply with Swiss traffic law.

• The vehicle is handed over and returned at the agreed time and location.
• The renter must return the vehicle in the same condition as received, taking normal wear into account.
• Late returns may be charged, including loss of use and scheduling impact.

The vehicle must be used carefully and only for lawful purposes on public roads.

• No smoking in the vehicle.
• No eating or drinking in the vehicle.
• No driving under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medication that impairs driving.
• No racing, track driving, drifting, burnouts, off road driving, launch control abuse, or similar abusive use.
• No use for commercial transport, towing, ride sharing, or sub rental.
• No transport of hazardous materials or illegal items.

If any prohibition is breached, we may terminate the rental immediately. The renter bears all resulting costs, including cleaning, repairs, loss of use, towing, and administrative fees.

Insurance coverage is void if the driver has an alcohol level of 0.5‰ or higher or is otherwise unfit to drive. In such cases, the renter and driver are fully liable for all damages, costs, and third party claims.

The renter must report any accident, damage, or incident immediately and follow our instructions, including police reporting where required. No repairs may be commissioned without our consent.

• Mileage limits and excess mileage charges follow the selected package or booking confirmation.
• The vehicle must be returned with the agreed fuel level. Missing fuel and service time may be charged.
• The renter is responsible for all traffic fines, tolls, parking fees, and similar charges during the rental period.
• Additional cleaning (including smoke odor, stains, spills, or food residue) will be charged, including downtime where applicable.
• Damage, curb rash, tire damage, interior damage, or other losses are charged to the renter, including loss of use and value reduction where applicable.

Cancellation terms are stated in the booking confirmation. If the renter does not appear at the agreed pickup time, we may treat it as a cancellation and charge reasonable costs.

Swiss law applies. Exclusive place of jurisdiction is the District Court of Uster (Bezirksgericht Uster), Switzerland.

Unless we confirm otherwise in writing, the vehicle may only be used in Switzerland. Any cross border travel requires our prior written approval.

The vehicle may be equipped with a GPS tracker and other security devices. Location and related data may be processed for theft protection, vehicle security, insurance compliance, and incident handling, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Diese AGB gelten für sämtliche Fahrzeugmieten von Luxury Obsession. Ein Mietvertrag kommt zustande, sobald wir die Buchung schriftlich bestätigen (E Mail oder Nachricht).

• Preise und Leistungen richten sich nach dem gewählten Paket sowie der schriftlichen Buchungsbestätigung.
• Die Zahlung erfolgt immer im Voraus. Die Buchung ist gesichert, sobald der gesamte Mietpreis bis zur in der Buchungsbestätigung genannten Frist eingegangen ist.
• Kaution: Eine rückerstattbare Kaution ist bei Übergabe zu hinterlegen. Sofern in der Buchungsbestätigung nicht anders geregelt, erfolgt die Zahlung in bar und beträgt CHF 1'500 für Fahrer ab 26 Jahren sowie CHF 3'000 für Fahrer von 21 bis 25 Jahren.
• Die Kaution wird nach Rückgabe und Kontrolle des Fahrzeugs zurückerstattet, abzüglich offener Beträge (zum Beispiel Schäden, Nutzungsausfall, Mehrkilometer, Treibstoff, Zusatzreinigung, Maut, Parkgebühren, Bussen, Administrationsgebühren).
• Bei Zahlungsverzug können wir die Buchung stornieren und angemessene bereits entstandene Kosten in Rechnung stellen.

• Mindestalter für Fahrer ist 21 Jahre. Allfällige zusätzliche Anforderungen ergeben sich aus der Buchungsbestätigung.
• Mieter und zusätzliche Fahrer müssen bei Übergabe einen gültigen Führerausweis sowie ein Ausweisdokument vorlegen.
• Fahren dürfen ausschliesslich von uns bestätigte Fahrer. Die Weitergabe an Dritte ist untersagt.
• Der Mieter stellt sicher, dass alle Fahrer fahrtüchtig sind und die schweizerischen Verkehrsvorschriften einhalten.

• Übergabe und Rückgabe erfolgen am vereinbarten Ort und zur vereinbarten Zeit.
• Das Fahrzeug ist im gleichen Zustand wie bei Übergabe zurückzugeben, normale Abnutzung vorbehalten.
• Verspätete Rückgabe kann verrechnet werden, inkl. Nutzungsausfall und Planungsaufwand.

Das Fahrzeug ist sorgfältig und ausschliesslich zu legalen Zwecken auf öffentlichen Strassen zu verwenden.

• Rauchen ist im Fahrzeug verboten.
• Essen und Trinken sind im Fahrzeug verboten.
• Fahren unter Einfluss von Alkohol, Drogen oder beeinträchtigenden Medikamenten ist verboten.
• Rennen, Trackdays, Driften, Burnouts, Offroad Nutzung, missbräuchliche Launch Control Nutzung oder sonstige missbräuchliche Nutzung sind verboten.
• Kommerzielle Transporte, Abschleppen, Ride Sharing oder Untervermietung sind verboten.
• Transport gefährlicher Stoffe oder illegaler Gegenstände ist verboten.

Bei Verstoss können wir die Miete sofort beenden. Der Mieter trägt sämtliche daraus entstehenden Kosten, inkl. Reinigung, Reparaturen, Nutzungsausfall, Abschleppen und Administrationsaufwand.

Der Versicherungsschutz ist ungültig, wenn der Fahrer einen Alkoholwert von 0.5‰ oder mehr aufweist oder aus anderen Gründen nicht fahrtüchtig ist. In solchen Fällen haften Mieter und Fahrer vollumfänglich für alle Schäden, Kosten und Ansprüche Dritter.

Unfälle, Schäden und Ereignisse sind unverzüglich zu melden und unsere Anweisungen sind zu befolgen, inklusive Polizei Meldung, sofern erforderlich. Reparaturen dürfen nicht ohne unsere Zustimmung beauftragt werden.

• Kilometer Limiten und Mehrkilometer richten sich nach dem Paket oder der Buchungsbestätigung.
• Das Fahrzeug ist mit dem vereinbarten Treibstoffstand zurückzugeben. Fehlender Treibstoff und Servicezeit können verrechnet werden.
• Der Mieter trägt alle Bussen, Maut, Parkgebühren und ähnliche Kosten während der Mietdauer.
• Zusatzreinigung (inkl. Rauchgeruch, Flecken, Verschüttungen oder Essensrückstände) wird verrechnet, inkl. allfälligem Nutzungsausfall.
• Schäden, Felgenschäden, Reifenschäden, Innenraumschäden oder sonstige Verluste werden dem Mieter belastet, inkl. Nutzungsausfall und allfälliger Wertminderung.

Stornierungsbedingungen werden in der Buchungsbestätigung geregelt. Erscheint der Mieter nicht zur vereinbarten Übergabe, können wir dies als Stornierung behandeln und angemessene Kosten verrechnen.

Es gilt Schweizer Recht. Ausschliesslicher Gerichtsstand ist das Bezirksgericht Uster, Schweiz.

Sofern wir nicht schriftlich etwas anderes bestätigen, darf das Fahrzeug nur in der Schweiz genutzt werden. Grenzübertritte bedürfen unserer vorherigen schriftlichen Zustimmung.

Das Fahrzeug kann mit GPS Tracker und weiteren Sicherheitsvorrichtungen ausgestattet sein. Standort und damit zusammenhängende Daten können zum Diebstahlschutz, zur Fahrzeugsicherheit, zur Einhaltung von Versicherungsanforderungen sowie zur Ereignisabklärung bearbeitet werden, gemäss unserer Datenschutzerklärung.

• Prezzi e inclusioni seguono il pacchetto scelto e la conferma di prenotazione scritta.
• Il pagamento è sempre anticipato. La prenotazione è confermata una volta ricevuto l intero importo entro la scadenza indicata nella conferma.
• Deposito cauzionale: È richiesto un deposito cauzionale rimborsabile al ritiro. Salvo diversa indicazione nella conferma, il deposito è pagato in contanti ed è pari a CHF 1.500 per conducenti di 26 anni o più e CHF 3.000 per conducenti da 21 a 25 anni.
• Il deposito viene restituito dopo la restituzione e l ispezione del veicolo, al netto di eventuali importi dovuti (ad esempio danni, perdita di utilizzo, chilometri extra, carburante, pulizia extra, pedaggi, parcheggi, multe, spese amministrative).
• In caso di ritardo nel pagamento possiamo annullare la prenotazione e addebitare costi ragionevoli già sostenuti.

• Età minima del conducente: 21 anni. Eventuali requisiti aggiuntivi sono indicati nella conferma di prenotazione.
• Il locatario e i conducenti aggiuntivi devono presentare patente valida e documento di identità al ritiro.
• Possono guidare solo i conducenti approvati da noi. È vietato cedere il veicolo a terzi.
• Il locatario è responsabile che tutti i conducenti siano idonei alla guida e rispettino la legge svizzera.

• Ritiro e restituzione avvengono nel luogo e all orario concordati.
• Il veicolo deve essere restituito nelle stesse condizioni, salvo normale usura.
• La restituzione in ritardo può essere addebitata, inclusa perdita di utilizzo e impatto sulla pianificazione.

Il veicolo deve essere utilizzato con cura e solo per scopi leciti su strade pubbliche.

• Vietato fumare nel veicolo.
• Vietato mangiare o bere nel veicolo.
• Vietata la guida sotto l effetto di alcol, droghe o farmaci che riducono l idoneità alla guida.
• Vietate gare, pista, drifting, burnouts, off road, abuso di launch control o uso abusivo.
• Vietato uso per trasporto commerciale, traino, ride sharing o sub noleggio.
• Vietato trasportare materiali pericolosi o oggetti illegali.

In caso di violazione possiamo terminare immediatamente il noleggio. Il locatario sostiene tutti i costi risultanti, inclusi pulizia, riparazioni, perdita di utilizzo, traino e spese amministrative.

La copertura assicurativa è nulla se il conducente ha un tasso alcolemico di 0.5‰ o superiore o non è idoneo alla guida per altri motivi. In tali casi locatario e conducente sono pienamente responsabili di tutti i danni, costi e pretese di terzi.

Eventi, incidenti e danni devono essere segnalati immediatamente e occorre seguire le nostre istruzioni, inclusa la notifica alla polizia quando necessario. Non è consentito commissionare riparazioni senza il nostro consenso.

• Limiti chilometrici e costi extra seguono il pacchetto o la conferma di prenotazione.
• Il veicolo deve essere restituito con il livello di carburante concordato. Carburante mancante e tempo di servizio possono essere addebitati.
• Il locatario è responsabile per multe, pedaggi, parcheggi e costi simili durante il noleggio.
• Pulizie extra (inclusi odore di fumo, macchie, versamenti o residui di cibo) saranno addebitate, inclusa eventuale perdita di utilizzo.
• Danni, graffi ai cerchi, danni ai pneumatici, danni interni o altre perdite saranno addebitati, inclusa perdita di utilizzo e possibile diminuzione di valore.

Le condizioni di cancellazione sono indicate nella conferma di prenotazione. Se il locatario non si presenta all orario concordato, possiamo trattarlo come cancellazione e addebitare costi ragionevoli.

Si applica il diritto svizzero. Foro competente esclusivo: Tribunale distrettuale di Uster (Bezirksgericht Uster), Svizzera.

Salvo diversa conferma scritta, il veicolo può essere utilizzato solo in Svizzera. L uso oltre confine richiede la nostra autorizzazione scritta preventiva.

Il veicolo può essere dotato di tracker GPS e altri dispositivi di sicurezza. Dati di posizione e dati correlati possono essere trattati per prevenzione furti, sicurezza del veicolo, requisiti assicurativi e gestione di incidenti, in conformità con la nostra Informativa privacy.
